Doug has been in the plumbing business for over 45 years. He served a 5-year apprenticeship with Plumber Local Union #8 and graduated in 1977 with a Building Trades Journeyman Plumbers License. He also holds a master plumber's license in Missouri and Kansas. In addition he is OSHA and Confined Space Entry Certified.
Jim was born and raised in Kansas City and has been in the plumbing industry for over 40 years! He is a Building Trades Journeyman Plumber and is OSHA certified, Confined Space Entry certified and Backflow Certified. He enjoys problem solving and helping clients stay under budget. He's looks forward to serving you!

We could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team at Stine-Nichols. Jim got us into their schedule right away, Mike came out and did a great job of replacing the PRV valve, and all done at a reasonable price. After the job was completed, Brandon followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great service and a great team.

During the deep freeze in February---obviously an extremely busy time for plumbers---my water heater stopped working. They responded quickly and got it repaired within hours. Bill was very pleasant and professional, patiently answered all of my questions, and worked hard. And all for a very reasonable price. Stine-Nichols will be my go-to in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Could not be happier!

We used Stine-Nichols to install a freestanding bathtub in the house we moved to. From the first call, Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and so kind. We opted to purchase the tub and faucet on our own and Bill and Ryan came over the day after the tub was delivered to start the project, which took less than 24 hours to complete.
