Well we took my daughter's car in for an emergency visit around 7:00pm and the doctor that night was very polite and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our baby, required treatment, possible outcome, and gave us an estimated bill which was supposed to around $1000 worst case scenario. The next day the veterinarian hospital receptionist called stating surgery was necessary and needed the emergency service fee paid which included fluids, pain medicine, after hours fee, x rays, and blood work. The $600 was paid over the phone so our baby's surgery begin immediately. The receptionist

Had Cliffy in on Thursday for extreme spinal. issues causes his little legs to misbehave. He atratted just found down on me. He’s a senior dog and worsening at a rapid rate now. I had to carry him to potty much of the time and a few times he just went as he sat. Dr McHale made some med changes and on one took the extra time to do the math according to his weight. He took all the time he needed with me. He actually started improving yesterday and has amazed me today! No wobbling of the legs or walking sideways and no dragging himself around with his front legs. He had pretty much lost control

Called and was able to get Chuck in right away.
They took him from the car, did his exam and kept us informed through out the entire process while we waited in the car. The results were back quickly and they returned him along with some meds and even gave him a treat for being such a good boy. Thank you!

They have treated my kitten a couple of times in the past few months. She fell & couldn't move her back half. They were eager to find out what was going on with her. They didn't recommend an expensive procedure...they recommended a week or so to see if she was able to heal some on her own and create a plan for her if she was not healing. A few days after her x-ray appointment, they called to check on her and to see how she was doing. She healed on her own. I took her back a few months later to have her spayed. Again, a couple days later, they called to check on her. This makes a kitty momma feel
