As a customer of there’s I can say I have never been so disappointed in there property’s and how they lie. Since living here I have seen drug deals had to deal with loud neighbors faulty equipment in the unit and the way they treat there customers is not even 1/4 a star worth 10/10 do not recommend using them if you want to save yourself money headache and actually enjoy your life at home stay far away from this company

The apartments are nice and new. When we moved in, a couple minor things were broken (the bathroom fan) a service request was put in and still has not been answered two months later. We have collectively submitted four maintenance request with none to be answered. One specific day our refrigerator went out so I put in a service request AND called. When I called back at the end of the day to let them know my boyfriend fixed it, they had no idea what I was talking about. A refrigerator going out should be a maintenance emergency. I have lived in multiple apartments and have never had an issue with

Very Friendly Staff. No call or email went unanswered! Even the ones where we had issues they may have not wanted to deal with.
Communication was great! Other than a few emails that could have been calls, they always made sure people knew what was going on.
They do try to accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. Other than stuff the management couldn't control, our needs were always met.
Cottonwood Apartments are new, clean, and decent.
Steve's dry sense of humor is funny! (Take it with a grain of salt.) He is the maintenance guy, and stuff got fixed when it was broken..

We have LOVED our time at Property Partners MT! Chris and her team helped us secure a beautiful unit during a time when they were hard to come by. The PP staff members are very respectful, quick to respond, and keep the premises safe and well-maintained -- speedy snow plowing, mowed grass, etc. We have really enjoyed our time at this rental and are so glad we had the opportunity to live here as long as we have.

I loved working with property partners! They made their move out expectations clear which made the process of moving out smooth and quick. They communicated well during my time at the property which allowed me to understand what was happening with maintenance, inspections, etc. They maintain the properties well, which allows every move in to feel like you’re in a “newer” property. I would definitely recommend to a closer friend!

A year ago when my family was moving here from out of state and needed a place immediately because my husband started work Chris was awesome and found us a great apartment that we have loved renting for the last year. They have always gotten back to us in a timely matter on anything that needed to be fixed and have done everything in their power to fix the problem of our noisy upstairs neighbors. We absolutely loved renting from them and would do it again. Super friendly and great to rent from!

Rented from them back in 2018 and have been with 3 different managements since... Property Partners was the best and I miss them as managers! Steve and Chris are great. Chris is the nicest property manager you’ve ever met and Steve is more strict but I find them fair. Good property management for first time renters too!

My fiancé and I have been renting thru Property Partners for the past 8 months now and I have to say, we couldn't be happier. Chris and Steve always get back to us asap if we have any questions or concerns. Whether its calling the office or contacting them thru email. They have great customer service and I would strongly recommend this rental agency.

My son was under contract with Big Sky where they provide housing but his contract was coming to an end. He was stressed and anxious about finding housing so that he wouldn't be completely homeless.
Property Partners charges $40 for each property that you apply for. Not something that a nearly broke college student can afford ($120 into the search). He took a day off of work and went to see a property. He was told that he was first in line, the application filed! We thought we were good to go!
He then learned that someone else had been bumped from another apartment so he, in turn, was bumped

I was unsure of renting when moving from Florida. I had owned a home for nearly two decades but didn't want to buy until I had been living in the area for a while.
After contacting them they sent video and pictures of the property I was considering and when I was satisfied they worked with my timeline to get me set up.
Leaving was also a smooth transaction, a bit of wording on the contract was confusing but we got everything worked out.
Overall a pleasant rental experience with excellent customer service.
