The White Insurance agency was established in Mattoon, Wisconsin by Edward White in 1914. In 1930, Francis and Marion White took over the business from their father. The two brother ran the business together until World War II when Fran left to serve in the military. After Fran's return to Mattoon, the brothers continued to run the agency until Marion's passing.
