They are very unprofessional and once they get your money you don't matter took them weeks to creamat my mother then they sent her to us in a Mary Kay box and didn't send us a death certificate so we live out of town and major inconvenience I can't settle my mother's affairs without it. Think twice before using these guys!!!

Our mother recently passed and Lori's Funeral home conducted the services. They were extremely professional, explained all details of finances and the service completely. They truly brought us peace and comfort during a challenging time in our lives. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond what we expected. I contacted Lori around midnight on a Sunday and was shocked the owner answered the phone. I explained my situation to her and she assured me that everything would be ok. She was so kind. She walked me through everything and she made a horrible situation easy. From picking up my father from the hospital after his passing to me picking up his remains from the funeral home. She explained all the paperwork to me and made sure I understood all of it. She took great care in making sure my father was taken care of with dignity.
