Excellent customer service, knoweldge, compassionate attitude, and help provided to us when our vehicle needed towing off the thruway. Not only did they tow us but the "father" that cam out to do the job assisted us in getting back to New Hampshire safely.

My vehicle broke down on I-90 coming home from a cow show. Loaded with tack and a huge trailer, Anthony and his crew arrived right away. It was after shop hours and they repaired what they could, but not being able to have one part we had to stay over. They took us to the hotel (The Castle) and my little girl thought it was fabulous. I was back on the road at 11:30 the next morning. His rates are reasonable and the best part is knowing that there is kind and compassionate people willing to help day or night in Amsterdam NY! Thank you Anthony!!! Forever grateful!!!

Our truck towing our camper died on the highway in a work zone with one lane traffic. This place was called for a tow. They towed our truck and camper to a dealership 10 miles away. The guy that was driving the truck was very friendly and comforting with me in my frazzled state. He even drew slowly up a hill because I was worried about things in the camper falling. Before driving away after dropping us at the dealership he recommended some places nearby that we could eat. I don’t get towed often so I don’t if this is normal behavior but the customer service here was top notch. I highly recommend

I cannot recommend Anthony of Altieri’s Autos more highly! My motor blew at a service plaza off I-90 yesterday. Anthony arrived quickly and was professional, kind, and did everything in his power to make a stressful situation seem manageable. He kept my dogs safe during the tow to my friend’s house and even posed for a picture with my new puppy, Mine! Mine and I would suggest Altieri’s Autos for any of their services. Anthony is a rock star and we were so grateful for his expertise and assistance!

They are dishonest. I read a few bad reviews on google but unfortunately this was after my car was already there. I crossed my fingers and hoped maybe the reviews were just from some bad customers who got new they didn't want to hear. But then it started. almost word for word exactly like the reviews said. They jacked up the price....by a lot. Said the car was fixed, and here we are the day after and my car is driving worse than it was before. Breaking down every 10 feet.....They will scam you with a smile.

The tow driver who picked me up off 90 was fabulous and very friendly. Unfortunately this is where the positive ends. My car was brought to the shop and locked up in the yard. When I went to have it towed away the next day (a sunday on which they are not able to repair any cars and on which they were aware I was going to have my car towed away to a repair shop that could get me back on the road) I was charged a fee to get my car out. They could have just left my car at the hotel if it was going to be such an ordeal and then I would not have had to wait 4hrs and get charged a fee to get my car out
