We had him price quote the simple yard cleaning and we didn't even bargain one penny on his quote.

On the day before and the day of the work, I texted to confirm if he and his team is coming. I saw on my phone that he "read" the texts but never replied.

Stuff happens: just say no if he cannot do it rather than no show!

I hired this service to do weeding in my yard and some leaf blowing, and was quoted one price for hourly work on the phone, and then charged a higher amount ($25 vs. $30). I was also asked to provide my own trash bags, and told it was an extra charge to haul the bags of weeds away. The owner was distracted the entire time I was trying to give him instructions on what I needed done in the yard (literally texting/looking at his phone when I answered the door, barely paying attention), and subsequently ripped out a section of wild grass he assumed I wanted removed because he thought it was "weird
