Wonderful place. Such nice staff. They took such good care of my little girl. She went to the rainbow bridge. I will miss her so. They were so caring and did everything they could. But she was to weak. Thankyou to the doctors and staff for everything they did. I had always taken my animals to Blue Pearl Emergency and they never told me about this place until recently. They are a non-profit organization. You need to be there as soon as they open to get a spot to be seen. You should plan to be there all day. They try to make it more affordable for people. They also have a payment plan. Blue Pearl

I cannot tell you how much I love Mission. I was referred to them after my cat fractured his hind leg. The vet I was going to prior suggested that I should a) have his leg amputated or b) have him put down. I knew this was ridiculous and opted to get a second opinion. All the nurses and vets at Mission made my cat and I feel so welcome and gave my baby the best care. They were able to go an alternate route for surgery and my cat has never felt better!!

I required two urgent care visits in two days for my sick cat. I spoke with two different vets, Dr. Katherine and Dr. Sonja, who both spent quite a bit of time assessing my cat's medical needs, answering my questions, and providing me treatment information. It was more time than I would have expected in any situation, like alone a last second urgent care visit. I left feeling confident that my cat's condition will improve because of both the short term treatment provided, as well as the plan developed for longer term care.

Mike and I called and they were able to take our dog Nikita the same day. From the initial call through the whole appointment the staff was so caring. Outstanding service! They took their time and gave options for treatment. The place is clean and organized. Thank you so much for the attention you gave to Nikita! Recommend 100%!!

My heart is so fortunate to have these beautiful people in our life.
Thank you for your professional and loving knowledge...
My beautiful Lil baby Peyton had to say goodbye while at home.
The preparation of creamation
services for his next journey were extremely respectful and heartfelt and felt appropriately priced during such a vulnerable position. Thank you for the caring, tasteful and private room to talk and cry .
I'm never going to be okay with him being gone.
But I wouldn't have anyone else take care of him during such a fragile time .
Thank you 🥀🖤🌿

My dog had a sudden illness on a Sunday morning. Called the emergency vet and they said to try the urgent care at Mission. So glad they did! We were there at opening, triaged and called back when they were ready. Doctor was attentive and helpful. They also were willing to communicate with my regular vet. Entire staff so sympathetic. Really impressed with the non profit approach, accessibility and care. I hope we don’t need more urgent help but sleep better knowing it’s available here. Thank you! (photo for cuteness)

I could not have asked for a better place to help me with my cat Ezra's last day. Everyone was compassionate and beyond patient. His terminal condition was a shock, and they gave me every ounce of information and time I needed and made my entire family including Ezra as comfortable as possible. The ER would have been almost the same cost just to check him in, and the no-questions-asked income-based price made me feel taken care of instead of helpless and riddled with debt during the worst time. Thank you guys so so much.

We love Mission Animal and Bird Hospital! We have been clients there since 2009.All of the doctors since we have been going there are kind and caring. Our primary veterinarian currently is Dr. Lori Hammond. Dr. Hammond is one of a kind. She is caring, loving, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of veterinary care. Dr. Hammond has recommended specialits for our dogs throughout the last year after she ran many test and exams first. Her suspicions about their diagnosis were always spot on. She has spent so much time explaining her findings and her recommendations with great care and support

I I had to take my cat to Mission animal Hospital yesterday for an emergency situation I was so scared and sad I didn't know how to help my kitty. When I arrived the wonderful ladies at the desk made me feel more at ease about a very scary situation. He was in a room and out of pain immediately which meant the world to me. The communication the veterinarians keep with owners is beyond 5 stars. Thank you all for saving Marlo.

I was recommended by 2 animal lovers to bring my cat here, as its discounted and apparently is so amazing. Unfortunately I had nothing but terrible experiences with them and ended up spending more than I needed to.
First off, on his first visit for 'urgent care' I got there around 4pm and they were at full capacity and told me to come back the next day early in the morning to make sure he would be seen. Showed up at 830am the next morning and long story short, ended up waiting in the car for 9 hours with my poor cat before they would see him. Every few hours I would go in and ask how

They have sent me and my sick 13 week old puppy ruby home because she "isn't priority" 2 days in a row now. This morning we were there right when they opened, were told it was going to be a 3 hour wait for ruby to be seen, waited 4 hours, was then told that ruby is low priority because "she doesn't look that sick" and was sent home again. They also flat out lied about what place in line Ruby was and a few other things, which is just odd. This is the most unreliable vet I have ever experienced, and I'm at a loss of words because my puppy is getting sicker by the

We brought in a cat who got hit by a car, we wanted to see what we could do for her and the doctors were very rude about it all. When we called on the phone a girl said $30 for the exam and for x-rays all of it would cost around $100. They kept changing the pricing many many times, told us to euthanize her and that she would never walk, eat or use the potty again. she ended up doing everything like a kitten would. would not send us the xrays THAT WE PAID FOR. Everytime we call to ask questions they won't give us the answers too. Would not recommend this place unless you want to euthanize your

I went to the urgent care on Monday morning with my dog Harley who was really sick. The woman working at the front saw how lethargic my dog was and rushed him back. Within a short period of time after they did some x-rays, the vet brought us into a private room. She told us that the outcome didn't look good and that he needed surgery that may only give him 1-2 months to live if successful and that there would be a chance they would have to put him down during the surgery. She gave me the price list of surgery which had a "low option" and a "high option" which was nice because

This is my go-to vet for my animals, I just wish they would open a clinic up in the saint Paul area, because Eden prairie is quite a drive. It's even more of a drive for a cat that gets car sick and panic attacks to the point she's drooling and foaming from the mouth, completely soaked all over her chest.
The vets are extremely nice, and they are very busy there. Even with how busy they are, I can almost always get an appointment next day. There's only been one time where I had to wait 4 days out.
One thing I don't like is that one of the woman vets kind of acts like my
