This is long overdue.
I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Heather Fleck at Preferred Insurance and Craig Cox at Westfield Insurance. When we had our basement water claim this spring both of these wonderful individuals were so helpful and kind. Both of them contacted me frequently to see if there was anything I needed and to keep me up to date on what was happening with our claim. If i had a question or concern they got right on it to get me an answer or the help I needed. It made a stressful situation much more bearable. They went above and beyond to help me in any way that they could. Thanks again

My wife is from Coldwater. We have been married for over 29 years and have used Preferred Insurance Center for our, and now our adult children's, insurance needs for this entire period. Preferred Insurance Centre is a great resource for information. Their website contains a ton of useful content from "teaching your teenagers to be a safe driver" to info on "how to chose your life insurance beneficiary."
They also work with a wide variety of carriers and are committed to a high level of customer service so you know your in good hands.
