Pooler Pediatric Dentistry
Our office provides comprehensive and specialized dentistry for infants, children and adolescents in a fun, safe, and compassionate environment. We serve families in Pooler, Savannah, Rincon, Port Wentworth and many other communities of the Low Country and southern Georgia. As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Carla and her staff have been specifically trained for the unique dental needs of each child we serve.

We focus on preventive care to help each child develop good habits that will allow them to grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. We respect and appreciate the trust parents place in us and we believe it is a privilege to treat children. We thank you for giving us an opportunity to make a difference in children's lives.
Services
Before or after a professional cleaning, Dr. Carla will thoroughly examine your child's teeth and gums for signs of tooth decay, gum disease, and other health problems. She may also want to take x-rays which will allow her to see dental issues not visible to the naked eye.

The practice uses advanced digital x-ray technology which saves time, provides clearer dental images, and exposes patients to less radiation than with traditional x-ray technology.A fluoride treatment may be applied which helps preventing cavities by coating teeth and preventing plaque from building up and hardening on the tooth's surface.
Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
For more information concerning pediatric dentistry, please visit the website for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.

Why boast being a Harvard Grad when you give subpar care?
Go here, set 5000 dollars of your own money on fire and you will have your answer!
This woman ("Dr" Carla) needs a bed side manner. She was overly emotional, anxious and near hysterics when treating my child. I fear the damage she has done to other vulnerable families! Not to mention, everyone one of her employees appeared to be afraid of her, so much so, one took us aside and spoke mutely to give us a referral to another more qualified dentist. Shame!!!!

Called to make an appointment. The girl on the phone speaks to you with a rude attitude and like youre an idiot. After talking to me with an attitude she finally says she can make an appointment for a month from now! A month for my 8yr olds abscessed tooth?! She kept speaking with a rude snotty I am better than you attitude so I ended the call. You would think you would hire people with patient and nice personalities for a pediatric office!

Absolutely amazing and great with my 7 year old daughter. They're so friendly and they take pride in the work that they do. They make it fun for kids and mine enjoy coming here. It's bright and happy and doesn't feel like a dentist office which is great.
