I don’t we usually do this review thing but in this case I felt like I had to:) My front tooth broke about three weeks ago I went to the dentist that I usually go to they first told me that I needed $1350 upfront for root canal and that my insurance would reimburse me ( which was not true)I then went to Aspen dental who tried to charge me $3700 for the same job and then over $200 in X-rays that mind you my insurance ended up covering anyway so now to fight for my money back …..anyways as I was talking to my mom she recommended calling New England dental and talking to Mary when I tell you I

I’ve gone to Dr. Mark for approximately 15 years now with no issues ever. Once I toyed with the idea of switching dentists & the other facility said I had 6 cavities & wanted me to sign a financial contract for payment of services to be performed. This was highly unusual, so I went back to Dr. Mark & he said what they tried to do was to replace all silver fillings to cement ones. They were not active cavities at all. So because of his honesty & great customer service they have a loyal customer forever

Probably the worst dental office I have ever worked for ! I had a work interview they hired me on the spot , 3 days later they let me go said I didn’t deserve to get paid what they were paying me because I don’t have the qualifications. Computer less , non digital and very unorganized. They expected me to learn the whole office and procedures in 3 days. One assistant does 25 things at a time , you aren’t allowed to set up before you seat the patient so you have to seat the patient than rush to set up before the doctor enters the room or else he gets angry. I have had the most care and thoughtfulness from this Dentist, He takes time to explain to you and he is very concerned about your teeth! and trys to make you as comfortable as possible. The staff is excellent!!! The receptionist is wonderful sheis so helpful, and very kind!!! I have nothing but a very good experience with them I would send anyone to them with a good feeling. Just love them!!!!

It's all about the bottom line for these vipers. If they think you owe them money, they will hound you to the ends of the Earth. But if you have overpaid them, forget it. They'll throw a thousand obstacles in your path. How hard is it to pull up a file to see if there's a pile of unapplied cash? I am very disappointed with New England Dental!
