Promotes a patient's entire well-being through oral health. An alternative view to general dentistry, holistic dentistry emphasizes the importance of non-toxic materials, low dosage X-ray imaging, and non-surgical treatments for gum disease. Oral health can reveal important information about the general health of a patient.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
Dental radiographs (X-rays) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Both Dr. Felton and your dental hygienist will use this information to safely and accurately detect hidden dental abnormalities and complete an accurate care plan.

Dr. Felton is extremely thorough and listens intently to all of your concerns and worries. He makes you feel calm and eases any anxiety. The tv in the room also helps with distracting you. The assistants and girls and the front desk are equally amazing. I find it very difficult to find a great dentist, but rest assured with Dr. Felton. You are in good hands.

There are dentists...and then there is Dr. Felton. Pardon the pun but he is truly a cut above the rest. I have been Dr. Felton's patent well over a decade now and even though I moved further from his office, I would never think to go elsewhere. I could move to another state and I would still come back to Dr. Felton.
His staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And he not only knows dentistry but he knows people. He has a kind bedside manner that easily puts you at ease regardless of your procedure. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and informed.
