Harmony Healthcare provides comprehensive mental health and addiction Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) treatment services to children, teenagers and families in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Harmony Healthcare's rapid response team (RRT) is a 24-hour, 7-day per week crisis team. The RRT is physician led and staffed by licensed, trained counselors from a variety of disciplines, including LCPCs, LCSWs, CADCs, and MFTs.

I've been going to this place for 3 years. First therapist was great. It's been a disaster ever since. The one therapist Ashley said I threatened to kill someone. I said I did not say that. She didn't believe and threatened to hang up on me. Next thing I know she put me on the phone with her director Jon. He seemed nice but did not listen to me. Seems like he might be sleeping with his employees. This happened at my old job all the time. Meds they give you are horrible. Bad side effects. I wouldn't send the orange Mussolini to this place. I love this place and have a really good counselor, but my appointments with her are spaced 6 weeks to 2 months out no matter what. It's really hard to make progress in counseling if you can only go once every couple months. Wish they would stop allowing the counselors to take so many patients- it doesn't help anyone.

Following my doctor because I appreciate his bedside manner.
I was 8 minutes late to my appointment because I could not find the new location.
I've been here an hour and a half waiting to be seen because they are telling me they can't see me.
My medication is out and I'm suffering from it.
But they don't care to help me.

I had to drive clear across town to see my psychiatrist(which is a DO and not an MD, by the way) and l was 7 min late.
They told me they couldn't see me so yes l had a meltdown because Nevada's mental health care sucks!!!
I was able to see the DO and l was really ticked off because l brought an ice tea in Starbucks cup and he accused me of being late perhaps because l stopped at Starbucks. I happened to have made that at home. I do not like his assumptions. He was rude and l was upset with the office and his selection of meds he wanted to put me on. We finally agreed one on.

I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews when I have had nothing but a positive experience with the office staff and my LCSW so far. My LCSW Brent reynolds was attentive in my initial assessment and I am looking forward to continuing therapy with him. The office staff has been friendly in scheduling appointments and with understanding the complications with my dual insurance.

Once again Harmony Healthcare has let me down. My daughter has been goin there since September and she is on her 3rd therapist in 4 months.
I have been trying to meet with Dr Quinn who is there psychiatrist. I left messages for 4 days in a row to call me before 3 because I work swing shift. He called me twice after 5. They can't get us in until the middle of February.
This place is a disgrace to mental health and a disservice to it's patients.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life!! I came out of that place feeling worse than when I went in. I have ADHD and some situational anxiety issues, due to things going on in my life (also some Domestic Violence). I went in there to get placed back on my ADHD medication and possibly something for my anxiety as needed. I also wanted to talk to a therapist and hopefully get some tips on managing stress and how focus better on tasks.

Their providers are wonderful, but what good is having outstanding providers when the office staff is hideous? My mother missed an appointment because she was sick. She is elderly and suffers from several issues that can flare up without notice and make it impossible for her to leave the house. She was unable to make her appointment and too sick to get out of bed and call. They refuse to make her a new appointment until she pays them $50. She has Humana and Medicaid and lives on VERY LITTLE money. After explaining the situation to them several times they will not budge. They also refuse to let

Not where you want to go or call if in crisis. Although I have been a patient there, getting a doctor (psychiatrist) or someone of that level who can make a decision to return a call is impossible. The receptionists at the front desk are wonderful, and I am sure there are not nearly enough doctors to patient ratio but when someone calls twice telling the "phone center" of a problem and a need for help and can't get an answer back that says something real sad. It seems they focus more on youth then on adults which also is a problem. Unfortunately they are my only option with

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and I can't say I have a single complaint. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and more then willing to work with me to accommodate my unique situation. I live about 200 miles away so they are always very helpful in scheduling me.
My therapist is wonderful and very attentive to my needs and whats going on with me. I always thought therapy would be a waste of time and I could just talk to a friend to get the same result. Boy was I wrong! Now when in a difficult situation, I find myself thinking "What would Sierra say?"

I was referred immediately from a therapist to Harmony Healthcare as she could not provide weekly appointments for me. She had given me the information and told me to go over to Harmony Healthcare and see an intake therapist to get appointments setup.
Once I got to the office, I was treated like I was a bum off of the street!!!
The office manager had an attitude of "we don't take walk-ins". I was simply doing what my current doctor had told me to do to get the help that I needed.
I was then told that they couldn't fit me in until February 2016 unless I was feeling suicidal

I came here under a referral from a friend of mine. Was suffering from depression so I decided to give therapy a shot. The psychiatrist I met with was Dr. Ho. Upon first meeting him, I didn't really have much of an opinion. He prescribed Prozac to help with my mood swings. I tried it for 4 weeks and I began to have more panic attacks and thoughts of suicide. When I went back to see him he didn't seem that at all concerned. We tried something else and I didn't like the way it made me feel. I left messages with the front office staff who is very pleasant but Dr. Ho never returns calls

I've been going to this place since 2010. I first had an AMAZING psychiatrist, listened to me, cared as to what I had to say and then he moved out of state. Since then, it's been rough.
I've had to switch insurance companies because I became pregnant and needed maternity so I've had four other doctors since the switch since one went on leave, another took my insurance and then didn't take my insurance, the other is only available certain times/days
After my pregnancy the medicine i was taking was ok but i think i needed something else, but I told him i was doing ok

I have horrible issues with anxiety and going to the shrink exacerbates it instantly. That said, I was compelled to write this review resulting from a super positive experience.
