I've worked with many printing and mailing houses over the years, and Advantage are by far and away the absolute worst. It's been difficult to even track down a Yelp or Facebook page for them because the business structure is so strange and hard to understand. I'd worked with a fantastic printing company for 3 years, never any problems. Then they were acquired by Advantage... I've done one job with Advantage and can safely say it will be the last.
From start to finish, they held everything up: Print proofs arrived late and in inkjet (for a matchprint?!), I had to ask for accompanying

Although I am not a customer here I live next to this building in the apartments. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone to fix these issues but no one ever calls back! It may be because I'm not a customer...the employees who park on the side of the building need a good talking to. Most of these ppl that park there are so inconsiderate of ppl that live in these apartments. They honk as early as 530am. They have their music playing so loud in their car. Everyday well besides the weekends you hear car alarms go off for mins and mins on end. It's so annoying. It's summer
