My car dies while driving I have j mark tow it to there shop after a week they tell me its fixed I pick up my car 180.00 dollar tow and repair bill on the way home car dies still not fixed they tow my car again another week goes by pick up my car 101.00 repair bill on the way home car dies again almost same place.I call j mark they tell me bring it… back .After 281.00 repair bill to not fix my car I have no faith they are skilled enough to fix the problem I called to have it towed into the dealer thanks j mark for taking my money and not delivering the service you were paid for.

Tuesday morning I was on my way to visit my parents. Gene and Betty Todd in Parsons, when suddenly my car lost power!!! I managed to get it to Todd's Tax Service, barely. Cheryl said, Call J. Mark Smith! I did! They got me a rental car and had my PT Cruiser up and running great in just a few days!!! Thanks for the GREAT, friendly service!!!
