It is scary to admit you need help. Scary to actually call and get help. But as I have seen working as a counselor for the last 8 years, it is much scarier and ultimately heartbreaking to live a life in fear and constant pain. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a type of therapy. Therapy used to help safely process and heal people from emotional distress/symptoms due to past disturbing experiences. According to EMDRIA, EMDR has been extensively researching and proving effective treatment for trauma. The therapy is designated as an effective treatment by the World Health Organization and U.S Department of Health and Human Services.

Good day everyone reading my short story, it all started this year when my boyfriend left the house and packed in with his ex from high school i tried all i could on me own to win his heart and no result and now i was already pregnant for him and everything has caused me depressions… it was after two months of all the dramas i read a little article where they said this man DR LOJA can cast a spell or say prayers to restore broken marriages. i sent him a message on Facebook and email and this was how everything was restored
