I needed someone to appeal a decision to the state of PA for making an error in processing taxes paid out of state. Initially Lewis Shoffner and Co were great. Communication was prompt, rates were reasonable, and I thought we would prevail. But then the accountant I was working with vanished, emails were answered later, and it really went downhill when the state denied my appeal. At this point I'm on my own, I need to do all of the appeals without their help even though I have no idea what to do. I'm just paying the bill and feel like the money spent on this company was a complete waste. Maybe
