Paid $50 for a consultation as they won’t schedule until you pay. The meeting would have been three weeks away. We couldn’t wait that long so I called back immediately to cancel and then they tell me the fee is non-refundable. I don’t know how they feel it’s ok to take money for work they didn’t do. It’s very unprofessional to not inform potential clients the fee is non-refundable. If they had I never would’ve done it. I just never imagined that would be the case. Don’t book with them. They attorney they booked us with had terrible reviews as well.
