First I've used them before and they were good
I had an appointment for today which I made several weeks ago
They even called to confirm.
I've been staying at our other house and specifically drove up for this appointment, appointment time came and no one showed called Rite Window and supposedly rep never got the appointment until this morning.
I might have been more tolerent of the mistake if he had been proactive and called instead of me hanging around and having to chase him down
Complete waste of my time three hour drive for nothing.

I came back to use Rite Window after having a great experience the first time getting whole house window replacement for my elderly Mom's home. When we needed to replace our rotting sliding door (including door jamb and outside moulding) we called Rite Window. We wanted good quality but not exorbitant pricing...(don't we all?). Everything was professional, qualify of work fantastic, guys cleaned up after themselves, and everyone also spoke English (a great bonus as we had questions along the way). Would highly recommend. By the way, with supply chain challenges, we had longer for our custom door

I did my window replacement research and met with 4 other window replacement companies (including a highly rated local contractor) and the clear choice for me was Rite Window, and not only did they not disappoint, they WOWED me.
Everyone I had contact with was friendly, informed, and professional throughout every step of the selection, purchase and installation process. The other thing that struck me was that everyone, from top to bottom, had great pride in their products, and in their company. Very impressive, not to mention rare to find, these days. Great people. RITE Shower & Bath replaced our shower and bath at a very reasonable price. Brian and Mike arrived on time and did a very professional removal of the old tub/shower and installation of the new tub/shower. We are very satisfied with our new tub/shower from RITE Shower & Bath.

I needed a new sliding glass door replaced and called Rite Window, as I had used them a few years ago for windows. The door came in as promised and it was easy to set up the installation appointment. The guys showed up on time and prepared. A few minutes later 2 more guys showed up as their job was cancelled and figured they could help and get it done quicker. Who does that???
There was a slight issue as my original door was a bit different so they explained what needed to be done. I agreed and they got right to work. The door was replaced in no time and looks amazing.

They have been to my house 5 separate times already for only 1 window and 1 patio door and the job still is not done. The production managers changed over this past 4-month course of trying to get these window/doors done right, and there was no communication between them when the switch happened, causing more delays than necessary.
The only positive part of this experience was my sales guy Teddy who I met with when choosing a company was phenomenal, and he has even helped me through the frustration of multiple incompetencies, which is above and beyond his job of a sales specialist.

You've heard their commercials on the radio. They aren't the cheapest, and they will tell you that, but they also aren't the most expensive. I went with them knowing I would pay more instead of the other, cheaper window company I normally use because I promised Rite Window I would consider them the next time I needed windows as thanks for them handling a customer service issue. I kept my promise and used them to replace five larger-sized windows.
The Rite Window install was on time and completed in 1 day unlike that other window company I used who always messed up the measurements

Excellent job on my windows. I refinished my basement so I can work at home during the pandemic. I found out that my turn-of-the-century windows were useless (19th century!). Throughout the winter it was unbearably cold. I hired Rite Window. The price was decent and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process. The installation was great. They replaced all the windows in just one morning and did a thorough cleanup. It did take a while to get them, and the cold weather is gone, but now I can open my basement windows and air it out because they have screens (couldn't do that before).

We had problems with our storm door the way it was installed. In my opinion they purposely knew this was gonna be a problem but did it anyways. I asked them to come back out and we had a different set of installers who said that we would need a whole new storm door... two months later our storm door came. They came out and removed the old door before opening the packaging of the new door which was damaged. I now have no storm door and am told it will be another two weeks before I can get one. In the meantime I have no storm door and we are getting into bad weather, I know the storm door isn&apos

First of all, I'd researched replacement windows for months, for my new ranch home with the original, crappy, "double pane" windows from 1998 and couldn't have made a better decision than Rite Window. I got 9 windows with a FAR superior warranty for the same price as 5 from Newpro!
Plus, I threw a Bootcamp Bon Voyage party for my daughter and they went above and beyond to make my windows happen a week ahead of their projected date, prior to the party.

This response is in reference to a previous comment demonstrating my dissatisfaction with the installation and operation of my patio door. After a brief discussion about my issues with my patio door, Bill, the production manager promptly and immediately responded by sending a professional installer to further inspect my door. After confirming my concerns Bill immediately scheduled the manufacturing of their highest quality patio door and kept me informed during the manufacturing process. While I was happy with Rite Window's service and responsiveness, I was dismayed to find after the installation that the windows installed noticeably reduce the view from my home due to the thick window frames of their windows. There is now less glass area and more white space visible than I had with my previous windows. I feel that, especially considering my view, this should have been pointed out by the salesman, but of course I'm sure it was deliberately not pointed out in order not to lose the sale. The owner of the company, Bill, reached out to me. He apologized and took full responsibility for the quality of work. He sent out someone he trusted to fix everything and called to check on how things went after they left. Bill is a genuine and honest man, who stands behind the work of his company. It is apparent that the company's reputation is important to him I appreciate that he remedied the situation by ensuring the work was done right and he even reimbursed me for the work and windows. I am now pleased with my windows. I'm hoping that my initial experience
