Both father and son decided to become licensed agents over a decade ago as a part-time venture while they were still entertaining their main source of income which was soccer league in the city of Pomona. After the 2008 real estate market crash the main source of income which was the soccer league started to plummet as well.
By 2009, the salary for Ricardo (son) was affected which led him to rent a couple of office suites in Montclair & pursue Real Estate full time while Carlos (father) stayed behind trying to keep the soccer league from collapsing. Ricardo managed to jump start a new business as the team rapidly began to grow.
