Just when you thought true customer service had died. Every individual that I talked to at Evergreen was helpful. They were efficient and I didn’t get the feeling that they were out to gouge me because it was a bit of an emergency. Very fair to deal with. I will be recommending them to all my friends who have plumbing repair needs

Came out to inspect our flooded crawl space and give us options for pumping it out and fixing our non-functioning sump pump. Very professional and knowledgeable. They answered the phone at 7:30 at night and had someone out the next morning.
I would/ will use them for future needs (our water heater is running on borrowed time).

I used Evergreen Plumbing last year and had a good experience, so I figured I’d use them again. What a mistake. This time they wouldn’t provide a cost estimate over the phone,l. When the technician arrived, he quoted me $325 to unclog my kitchen sink. It was a simple job that any other plumber could do for dramatically less, so I declined the service. The next morning Evergreen Plumbing sent me a bill for a $69 diagnostic fee. Of course, I refuse to pay this fee. No where was it advertised that there’s a fee for getting an on-site job quote, not will they provide an estimate of labor over

Dave showed up right at 10 am like we agreed on as a suitable time since I can't wake up super early so he worked with me on that. He made good use of his time and didn't make a mess doing the work so I was really happy about that. Price was reasonable and after all the work was done, he checked the pressure on the diaphragm well tank thing and made sure it had the right pressure. Before he came we had a leaky pipe, poor water pressure, a dribbling faucet up stairs and no idea how to fix any of it. After he left, we had everything working great. New pipe, water pressure was restored and no more
