An L/Arden roof curb is a raised frame used to mount mechanical equipment, such as air conditioning, exhaust fans, skylights, and more. L/Arden pipe sleeve curbs provide a weather tight seal for various types of roof pipe penetrations. An L/Arden skylight is a special type of overhead window that is built into the roof of a structure in order to allow natural light coming through.
Equipment rails provide a mounting support for roof top units and hvac equipment. These support rails are factory manufactured and include an integrated bulkhead reinforcement that is welded into place to safely support large load capacity. L/Arden provides a wood nailer as a means to secure the roofing material to the rail, which is protected by a metal over-lap cap.
Roof curbs are raised frames used to mount mechanical equipment, such as air conditioning, exhaust fans, skylights, and more. Curb construction includes fully welded corners, factory installed wooded nailers, and a dense rigid insulation. Custom heights may also be manufactured, as well as pitched roof style.
Pipe sleeve curbs provide a weather tight seal for various types of roof pipe penetrations. Caps are made from ABS thermoplastic with UV protection and integrated pipe ports. L/Arden manufactures covers as well, which can be used with all styles of roof curbs with an O.D. of 15" X 15". Graduated boots made of molded weather resistance plastisol provide a wide variety of sizes for sealing different pipes.
Plaster frames provide a straight and leveled surface for product installation. They allow for use of new lay-in diffusers and linear plenums with flex connections. Installation is quick and simple and provides a professional seamless finish to the ceiling fixture being installed.

Plaster frames further allows additional time for the final installation of air outlet or light fixtures independent of the final ceiling construction, painted or finished. One major advantage of plaster frames is that the lay-in fixture will permit access to the ceiling for maintenance or inspection without having to install a separate access door.
