Our Wilmington Instructors show you how our Martial Arts classes build on 2,000 year old secrets of the "Far East" to teach you life-saving self-defense, mental sharpness, and how to get in amazing shape. Nothing relieves stress more than good, hard exercise. Add to that punching and kicking - and you're looking at the most powerful form of stress relief known to man!
In martial arts, we help children calm their minds to give them a sense of unshakeable focus. As a result - they make better grades, pay better attention during conversation, and are overall more calm and at peace. Believe it or not - we've seen plenty of kids go from D's and F's to A's and B's! And kids who were making B's and C's are now making A's, too!
Parties at our Martial Arts center are more than just dropping the kids off at the fun zone. 1.5 hours of supervised fun and excitement you can relax and let our staff chaperone and supervise the kids - or get involved! There are plenty of fun activities for the parents to help out in too! And when we give Martial Arts instruction - your kid will be at the head of the room leading the way! (They'll feel like a total champ!)

My son has been doing karate here for a little over a year now. He has learned so much and I see how proud he is when he talks to his friends about karate. It is truly amazing to see him master so many moves. He says that karate has also helped him focus better when playing sports! A wonderful investment!

What an empowering way to get in shape and feel your very best! If want to lose inches and pounds this is one of the best ways to do it! The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep it all high energy. Not only are you getting an excellent workout but you're also learning proper techniques. You know, just in case you want to square off against Chuck Liddell...okay, maybe not him, but it will certainly improve your sense of confidence. - I absolutely love this place, wish I could give it 10 stars!

If you want a challenging workout while having fun, then check out the kickboxing program. It is a high-energy class that incorporates aerobic, strength, flexibility, and balance training to deliver a comprehensive workout. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert. There are people of all body types, fitness levels, ages, etc. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can modify exercises to suit your skill level and also accommodate for any injuries. Each instructor has their own style so you will never be bored. They are very energetic and will give you that extra push you may need
