Me and my family have been with this company and Bob for many many years. We also recommended him multiple times to many people over those said years. Just the other day we had to switch just my sister onto another insurance company (mind you our life insurance, car insurance, ETC. we were still staying with him) and Mr. Bob Klinger decided it… would be a great idea to humiliate and degrade us. It’s disgusting to think that a person you really liked and thought you were close with would do this, and for that we are now switching everything we have with him to another company. Instead

I have state farm at bob klingers office. When i took my bf in there the lady (as soon as you walk in) was ignorant. You basically told him he needed to buy now instead of finding better options for his insurence. She started getting an attitude at the very end bc i didnt want him paying that much for insurance. Hes going somewhere else and maybe i need to also. They say they give you discounts the longer you r there and i havent seen one yet. I had them for almost 10 yrs now n pay the same amount.

Lost my fully covered vehicle due to a natural disaster this year. After many months of having to use rental because of very slow response on their part, They finally sent a one sided,single opinionated field adjuster to appraise and then deny my claim. I was left with a very high rental balance and no vehicle. Insurance company refused a second opinion from another adjuster. End result , Total loss for me. Seems like cash only flows in one direction.I'm very frustrated with State Farm & would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be shopping for a different carrier. ASAP.!
