My 13 month daughter and I waited over an hour for a Dr who showed up late just for him to write a referral to a pediatric orthodontist. No one explained this to me. The Dr came and didn't even look at her teeth. Waited an hour for a post it to another orthodontist. They whole time not 1 apology was even mentioned. This is pathetic!

Its a good experience after a long time. There was a time i was there and the doctor who was to attend me became very rude and very harsh untill i stopped him to continue. I was given another one who was very good and were sorry because of the way i was treated by that doctor. He made me think of finding another facility but since they told me they will handle the issue, i decided to continue with them. Thank 7 day dental because you take your patients seriously. I have never experienced another issue like that one. Today was the best. They welcomed me very well and the service was very good though

I went to get a molar removed today, and at first I thought it was gonna be very painful but it was not. The Doctor was great, the nurses were kind and they explained everything to me very clearly. They took the time to explain to me all my options before the procedure which gave me more confidence. I really like this place but i also know that everyone has their opinions about how they like to be treated. All in all if you are respectful to the staff and always make sure to explain your concerns and state your preference i know they can provide you with the best care. 👍

Dr. Chuck Le and Rina are incredibly good at their job. They genuinely love their job. Dr. Le’s experience in cosmetics dentistry shows in the high quality dental work that he puts into every patient. I am eternally grateful for the outstanding job he did to fix my chipped tooth. Seeing my tooth without the chip on it is priceless! I highly recommend 7 day dental and Dr. Chuck Le for dental services!

My crown fell off at midnight on Saturday, it was SO sensitive I couldnt even breath through my mouth. On Sunday, I called so many offices, most were closed or couldnt see me until that Thursday. 7-day managed to squeeze me in at noon on Sunday. The front office staff were amazing, and very helpful (Rosa). They explained the treatment options and… everything to be considered when making a decision. Dr Morgan and Javier knocked out my root canal and crown in no time, they did a great job! I didnt feel a thing and I wasnt even sore later that night! Thank you Dr Morgan!!!!!!

Up sale, up sale, up sale. Every visit, they tried to make it vital that I get everything they recommended. I needed a crown, cleaning, and two root canals. After getting a second opinion from a dentist from my church (which I highly recommend if you use 7 Day Dental), I got the crown, a simple cleaning, and was going to get the root canals… without the optional bio-pure treatment. Because I refused the recommended bio-pure treatment ($200 each), they referred me to another endodontist with 7 Day Dental that was around the corner. This 7Day Dental Endodontist did not take my insurance. Even

Best facility I found in So Cal! I had a acute pain (crack tooth) and that was not a good day but googled 7days Dental called Euclid location but person who answer the phone really discouraged me and actually… add more pain in my existing pain. Then I called other location on Lincoln and a person Theresa helped me with kindness and thx God didn’t act like s robots and asked me to come over and let’s see the Doctor. So with the acute pain drove there (25 mins) they took me inside and that’s where I met 2 Angels Michelle and Dr Loomis and never felt better before. They helped

Very professional. They contacted my insurance and got authorization on a SUNDAY and explained the procedures needed while being understanding about financial limitations. Did not pressure me to have any extra procedures done and just emphasized I return to my regular dentist to follow up. THANK YOU DR.JOE for being gentle and efficient.

This office is amazing! I was on vacation when my front tooth chipped. In a hurry to get this taken care of they fit me in the very next morning. I was in and out within an hour and Dr. Le and Dr. Rana provided exceptional service. They were efficient and the work that they did looked fantastic. From the front desk staff to the dentists, this office was a lifesaver for an apprehensive out-of-towner!

I am referring to the office at Ladera Ranch in OC. Dr. Chung was kind, patient and honest with his assessment and recommendations. The front office staff very friendly and diligent. The office clean, modern and what I like the most was the screen with landscape views and relaxing music, it put me at ease.
