They said they were coming at 7am called at 7am and said it would be around 1, when 130 got here they were still not here called him he said he was on his way never showed up or answered the phone again had electrican on site waiting as well as customer. Please highly recommend do not call these people!

I went with this company over other lower priced quotes received because they use a Harley Rake (other companies used dozers) and I was assured the Harley Rake would leave things nice and smooth for easy mowing with a residential zero turn mower. Well that didn't happen! See photos.
The ground is rough, not smooth. I'm picking up rocks as big as my fist. Drainage is poor with large areas of standing water even after a light rain. One part was sodded, the rest seeded. There are large gaps between pieces of sod and the sod is wavy from new soil underneath not being compacted. Seed was put down unevenly
