They are quick on the response, professional and there when you need them. Called 1030 at night. Was here within half hour and got my furnace back up and running. Don is the best. Great guy and great service.

Come up here to handle household responsibilities for my ailing father, and come to find out this company installed the furnace 22 years ago incorrectly and have sold scheduled maintenance twice a year for the entirety. Not once did they catch the mistake.
Call them up and explained that I had readings of extremely high carbon dioxide readings when the furnace runs, plus how it's affecting the people and animals inside the home, and they didn't bring a single piece of equipment that would've verified dangerous conditions. The technician explained to me the combustion analyzer is too expensive

Our AC completely failed at the beginning of the summer. Craft Heating came and took a look, made an assessment and had a quote together within the week. A week later, the system was completely replaced! Quick, honest, fair pricing, great communication. What more could you ask for?

I call weeks ago about air duct cleaning. I was told someone would call me back but at the time of this writing I am still waiting for that return call. But no need to call now I called another company.

They came out to our house after our furnace died, and gave us a quote that was less than their competitors. The install was just a few days after we accepted the quote and went smoothly. There was a mechanical issue with the new furnacr 4 days later and one of their techs came out and fixed it within an hour of calling the office about it. Their techs were all very professional and worked quickly.

My Mom had an issue on the weekend and Paul came over to check it out. I was there when he was and I observed him doing a through job of diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining and fixing it.
The price was reasonable.
You can rest assured that this company would treat you and your 83 year old Mom fairly based on this interaction.

Furnace went out the other day. I'm very into DIY fixes and through my own diagnosis, i found the issue was a cracked ignitor. To my chagrin, big box stores do not carry these so I had to call a pro. I called Craft and they had a tech come over within two hours. The gentleman was very nice. I showed him the issue, and he replaced the part within 10 minutes, which fixed the furnace. The total cost was around $200. Keep in mind you can buy this replacement part for $40-50 online.... but thats if you want to wait 4 days to have it shipped to your home.

All in all, I guess its a decent price

Kudos to a company that helped me out of a dire situation. I recently suffered the loss of my air conditioning in my heat pump due to a power hit. I had a bad repair experience with a competitor who had recently serviced it.

I then called Craft heating and met with them. Although they recommended total replacement they made sure that I would get only what I needed and not try to oversell. The team is professional and I got my new unit installed within a 2 day time frame. Their workers are bonded and insured and none of my other electrical devices were affected while the work was taking place.
