From the very first phone call to Carol, to the day we closed, Carol and Patrick managed every step of the process efficiently and effectively and kept us well-informed every step of the way. I asked Kristen for a meeting on the short notice just day before I was to come to the area. Even her schedule was already full she was able to find time for us. We been not so familiar with specifics of the land and advantages and problems and that all affects price for future house. She was quick to explain us all specifics of owning the land here at Sea Ranch, explained to us specifics of different types of properties, showed us 2 places representing different kinds of land, gave us map with all available lots for sell and gave us quick descriptions.
