Got a text from a new dentist informing me I could fill out paperwork online to save time at the office.
Med history, billing, insurance info etc.
Get to the office only to have to fill out the same paperwork because they can see my info online but need physical paperwork for their files.
When asked why I filled this same info out online only to have to fill it out again in person no one had an answer.
This is stupid and a waste of my time.

Picking a dentist on my own instead of my parents choosing for me, I'd say I made the right choice for my first time,
