Can not say enough good things about the quality of service, value or professionalism. This Company has always gone above and beyond expectations and are always honest and fair. We were referred to them by another family who has used them as their primary mechanics for 10+ years and will not go anywhere else.....and now we will only go to Wilhelm's too. Unbelievably Rude, poor workmanship and $$$$$$.
I had been a customer or Whelms for 4 years, bringing several cars in for regular service. The final straw happened when I bought my car in with a severe problem. After explaining to the workman that I thought is might be related to an earlier repair they had done, the owner came out began to belittle and insult me in front of other customers. The sad thing was I wanted them to fix the problem regardless of whose fault it was and was trying to explain the history of the problem to the workman who was too dense understand and became immediately defensive
