Dan Goodkin purposely threw the case. If he does not like you he will not put the effort into the case. These are the things he will do.. 1 over charge you, bill you for bill he knows j.g e isn't to charge for, he will tell physicians the wrong dates so to not have them at owcp hearings. II was surprised when he went through 10k and little to show for it.

Called to set up a consultation and the woman that called, Katana was beyond rude, cut me off 3 times while I tried to tell her what my case was about, then cut me off a 4th time and said just so you know, we require a $10,000 retainer, we don't wait for payment. Literally disgusting.

Air traffic control is no joke. Stress, long hours and impossible circumstances made life a living hell, and a disability made it impossible. After so many fruitless years, Dan Goodkin took care of my family as if he were a member himself. His office is professional, caring and above all else dedicated to its clients. Thank you so much.

I should have posted my review much sooner than this...just joined Yelp. I hired Steve Brown to represent me in an EEO case against my employer. He took my $2,000 deposit and was expecting $6,000 more. This happened in early 2009. Because I was also a whistleblower, the entire management staff, of course, were in unison of their discrimination. Steve Brown WROTE to me stating since the people I work with are all saying the same thing about me, I couldn't win my case and he refused to continue. He took my $2,000K without any actions against the agency in my behalf and 'let me off
