As a supplier to an Automotive OEM, we often use other suppliers that our customer recommends. Hatteras is one of those companies that after using them once as a must use I would never use anyone else. For our Printing, Company Swag and Distribution Hatteras is our only choice. They have provided speed, quality and price to us for over 5 years.

Had the most horrid experience of my life. I almost lost my job because HATTERAS messed up my (very large and well known) company’s direct mail project. I begged them to make it right and help me out and got an email from someone claiming to be the owner that “we don’t need your business anyway” ?? Some professionals huh?

I ordered a bunch of merchandise for my business I just started and was excited to get everything together for start date, I ordered way in advance so I would have everything. Not only did I not get my order on time but seemed really cheap quality and not impressed at all. Took almost a week to even get a call back. Will not be using them again or recommending them.

This company has messed up EVERY single one of my orders in the past 6 months. I don’t even know why I kept giving them more chances. Save yourself a headache and DONT BOTHER with them!! Other print shops are cheaper and have friendlier owners. The owner of this place “Becky” is a piece of work.
