RSG&S is composed of seven partners, two of counsel, thirteen accounting staff and many support staff. The Firm has demonstrated professional growth over the past years and is proud of its accomplishments and the quality of its staff.

RSG&S is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Division for CPA Firms, a nationwide division of firms that undergo regular peer reviews of their systems for maintaining quality in accounting and auditing practice.RSG&S is very active in the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants on the state and local level.

In 1989 Keith Evans joined REA, SHAW, GIFFIN & STUART, LLP after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1988. Keith earned his CPA designation in 1990 and was admitted as a partner in 1998.

George R. "Bob" Rea joined the firm in 1963. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1961 and then received his Masters degree in accounting at the University of Alabama in 1966. When earning his CPA designation in 1967, Bob was awarded the Gold Medal for the highest score on the exam.
