New purchase of 2017 Subaru Outback. While still under warranty, I did not go back to the dealership & picked Superior
Automotive. The issue was properly diagnosed & repaired. More - I found my repair shop home. Local, awesome communication, and yes trustworthy. There was no need to mention to this shop that I am a property damage adjuster and 'Have seen a thing or two.' 🙂

I chose Superior to support small business and saw that they had positive reviews on both Facebook and Google. Got brakes and Shocks replaces with customer supplied parts which is nice. I can tell in which Fred carries himself with new and returning customers that he's a good guy. Fair prices and quality job. I will most likely come back to have my aftermarket parts installed - would recommend.

I was 3 hours away from home, and my truck started giving me problems. My son-in- laws' father recommended Superior Automotive because he had used them in the past. Took his advice and they not only had it fixed the next day, but the cost was what they had quoted. That was about a month ago, and the truck is still running fine. It was a pleasure to deal with trustworthy people while being in a bad situation!

This was one of the friendlist places I have ever done business with. Quick and highly efficient service. Polite, fast and and prices. Brought some repairs that will need to be done in the next few months, depending on how much driving and how hard I drive.

I went to Superior Automotive because my Honda air conditioner wasn't working. When they began to analyze the problem, and seeing all that would be needed, I was told that I might be looking at a bill of up to $2,000.00!!! Being retired, I was not a happy camper. But Jeff was able to determine that my car was still under warranty, and I will now be taking it to the Honda dealership with no cost! Now how many companies are that honest????? Thank you, Fred, Jeff, and Noah. You made my day and renewed my faith in businesses!!!

Amazing service and fast! I have an older car that needed some tlc. Other shops couldn't adjust the carb/choke because apparently they only know computer codes. For Superior, it was NO PROBLEM! I had a motor issue that I thought would surely be major. For just a few dollars, they pointed out the fact that it was only one bad spark plug. And my radiator was bad. Again, other shops didn't know where to find one and Superior made two calls and had it there in a day. 48 hours later, my car was 100% and runs the best it ever has! Couldn't ask for a more honest and competent shop

The Nissan dealer wanted almost $1000 to replace my heat/ac blower. I took my car to another place and they refused the job because of the time it would take to remove and replace the dashboard. What!?!
Superior Auto got the job done in 2 days for $650. I have a new auto repair shop! These guys rock!

When I am looking for an auto-repair shop, one of my top requirements is finding someone I can trust to do great work and not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Superior Automotive checks both of these boxes! They seem to really care about their clients and their work. They were able to quickly diagnosis my car’s air conditioning problem and they let me know all of my options. They actually explained the issue to me a few times since it’s a bit over my head and they did this patiently and kindly. They are caring and compassionate people and I will definitely bring my car back to them
