Our goal is to keep you informed at every bend in the road. We perform a multi point courtesy check on your vehicle; this is the first step, to our Car Care Services. You can rely on us to give you an overall report on the status of your vehicle. With this information our Service Advisors (Car Care Consultants) can help plan your service needs based on your driving habits.
To Request an Appointment we will need the following information listed below. One of our Service Advisors will be in contact with you to set up a specific day that works best for you. We recommend dropping your vehicle off early in the morning, the day of your appointment. We can make arrangements to come pick it up for you, or give you a complementary ride home.

I was in a real lurch. I needed to be on the road to get to Newport Oregon for another job. Only, I couldn't get the lights on my equipment trailer to work right, The folks at South Beach were already under strain to finish all the commitments they'd taken onto that day's plate. After hearing all that I had done to figure it out, which meant I had exhausted what I had knowledge of to do, Loren decided he'd add me to his workload.

This guy is awesome! We broke down on the way home from Westport and we barely made it to his parking lot only to discover he was closed. He came out and was super friendly and was able to reset the computer in our truck. This was a temporary fix to get us home! He gave us a print out of a the diagnostic and sent us on our way, even offered a loner car if he wasn’t able to get us running! Give this guy your business!

A couple days ago I hit the ditch with my truck due to being distracted. I called the after hours line and the owner, Lauren answered and was there within 15 minutes with his tow truck. My children rode with him and had a great time. Super friendly and a real pleasure during a bad time. My steering needed rebuilding. Lauren had the parts ordered the first day and everything put back together the second. He even loaned me his minivan so my family and I weren't on foot during our stay. Couldn't be happier with the service. Got me going asap and made sure I wasn't stranded while doing it. Top notch

My daughter, with my three granddaughters were stranded with a dead battery. After contacting South Beach towing, "Loren" the owner responded with a new battery. Got my daughters car running without the new battery and refused to sell her the new one, telling her the current battery was fine. I have huge respect for Loren and his company for operating in such an honest and helpful way. I would highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU Loren and South Beach towing!!!

Third time using South Beach Towing and Repair, and the third time these guys have knocked the ball out of the park. Firstly, they are really, really good communicators. I got timely updates, concise summaries of what was needed, and accurate estimates. I approved the work, and then in each case the work was completed more quickly than I was told to expect. I'm in a customer service business - I know if I do a good job of setting my clients' expectations and then I exceed those expectations, my client will be happy. I am a happy customer!
