My name is Ivy and my story is not the typical, "I planned my own wedding so I decided to become a wedding planner." My story is made for Reality Television. Make sure you ask me how I became a wedding planner when we meet. The Silk Veil has been in business for over 12 years and we have planned or coordinated over 500 weddings and events.
Hiring Ivy and her team for my day of coordinator was the absolute best decision I could have made. I did not have to worry about one single thing. Throughout the planning process, it was quickly apparent how fine a detail this whole team pays, and everything is done with excellence.
I was able to just worry about marrying the love of my life and having a good time, rather than if the limos were arriving on time, if the appetizers are coming out when they are supposed to, etc. Can not recommend her and her team enough!We direct the rehearsal and ceremony, making sure you walk down the aisle, and standing to the side just incase the wind blows.

We realize that Weddings are Expensive. We realize that there are so many vendors to choose from and it can be frustrating and overwhelming. We realize that you probably have a crazy work schedule and family life and you need guidance and time saving solutions. I highly recommend Ivy and her colleagues at the Silk Veil! Even in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Ivy and our coordinator, Lisa, did a wonderful job helping us prepare for our special day. Ivy provided our linens and they were reasonably priced and so beautiful. Lisa directed our wedding rehearsal and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. She expertly coordinated the events of the day so that our families could be truly present and enjoy every moment! Thank you so much to Ivy and Lisa- I highly recommend their services!

It was such a pleasure to have Ivy bless us with her expertise at our wedding. Her professionalism, her warmth, her willingness to help others, even as she conducted her own duties was phenomenal. Ivy made our experience so special. She kept us focused and never skipped a beat as our day off coordinator. She made us feel so special and like family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for order, structure and a peaceful experience during their wedding !!! She is simply superb !!!

When looking for a vendor for "day of coordination", I came across Ivy as a choice that was recommended by my venue. I chose Ivy based off of our conversation and her pricing, that was completely reasonable for the work she has to put in. I am a very thorough person and I typically ask a lot of questions when it comes to things that are important to me. Ivy had a very kind and bubbly personality on the phone and didn't rush me through any of my questions. She seemed really genuine in wanting to help me make the best of my day! She was also very familiar with my venue, which made me feel even better
