We were halfway to Vermont and needed to stop off for lunch -- ran a search in the area and hit this spot off the Taconic. What's funny is that a Range Rover in front of us got off at the same exit and went to the same place -- good sign!
Anyway, we weren't expecting much from a random stop on our road trip but all were surprised at the menu -- everyone of us had hard decisions to make because everything looked so good. We did agree on the wings which were excellent. Food was great! We will be back.

So I have been driving by this place for years and it always look so pretty with the lights and nice open area so on 10/15 was the day I decide to give it a try. It was truly the worst service I ever received and I felt so uncomfortable to point I just wanted to pay and leave. My waitress/ Tracey never gave us any follow up with any thing and we only noticed it because she bluntly ignored us and served guest that Arrived after us and keep checking on them with everything. We never got refills or even the first drink till after asking for it the third time. On a food level the order was placed backwards

Were trying to get more of a local neighborhood meal while in town. This place had decent reviews so decided to give it a try. A lot of people were sitting outside but it was cool so we asked to be seated inside. The owner sat us and said the server would be by shortly. The owner came by a couple minutes later and took our drink order. About 10-15 minutes later the owner came back again and took our food order and apologized. The food took longer than expected and was incorrect and disappointing. I sat with an empty soda glass until the food finally came and had to ask the employee for a soda,

Favorite Restaurant in the area. Off the beaten path AWAY from Rte 9 and all the chain restaurants. They just remodeled the entire exterior area. They did a patio area and got rid of the grass where bugs and mosquitoes used to bite you up. The servers are very friendly. The food is always good. They have a smoker on premise, grown vegetables, vines on trellis, fresh herbs. New high top tables and chairs. Very well shaded so you’re not baking in the sun while you’re eating. They have smaller portions for their lunch menu. The interior is small, dark, and dated. A tiny bar area that is pretty
