An existing building in Chattanooga's North Shore was renovated for new office space. Previous additions to the building resulted in several structural challenges that were creatively solved. The site required redesign to meet the needs of the client and Form Based Code requirements. Complete renovation of a school building into new office space in east Chattanooga.
Estes Russell Engineering has provided engineering design services for a large number of projects at the historic distillery. Projects have included renovation and repairs, design for new buildings and structures, and a removable roof design for access to the stills for maintenance. This project was a new 18,000 sq foot warehouse addition that allowed for 18 wheel trucks to completely pull in for loading.
