The people I communicated with were 5 Star as far as being "nice". I was rear ended while sitting at a red light by a vehicle going at a high rate of speed totaling my car. I went to the hospital and thankfully wasn't injured too much & was released that night. This was in Feb as COVID was hitting. My car was almost immediately replaced with another car by the other insurance company. Proud a year and a half later, I was told that another offer was made. I was never forced to take the low ball offer but I was told that my case would drag on much longer due to further investigations ans depositions

HawkLaw was the worst experience! I had to do all the leg work, get all my records, pay out of pocket for everything and then was not reimbursed A DIME. Two years, 12 different paralegal assistants, the lawyer, Christy Kellerhals, spoke to me like I was a child and had no knowledge of anything. She even spoke to my mom like she was stupid. She was the RUDEST most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a while. They DO NOT work for you. I went to this firm with a work injury. The injury was no fault of my own. I thought I was choosing a great law firm to represent me on my work injury, however; I was very wrong.
