The firm tried to cheat on me. I had my closing package with attorney fees changed at the last minute without notice.
I think it's malicious act to do so especially considering the attorney-client relationship and all the ethics required for such profession. It's unacceptable behavior whatsoever in this field per my view.
What was more frustrating to me was his attitude when I found out before signing and made an urgent call. Instead of being apologetic, he decided to be condescending that put me in unpleasant confusion. He finally agreed to get it back to originally agreed number but kept talking

Overall, I found this office to be quite reluctant to provide information especially as a new client purchasing their first home. I found myself constantly asking "what is next" questions back to back, prompting the office for more information. I was provided improper timelines on when I would receive documentation with no proactive updates. It seemed that the reception desk was not properly trained in customer service, and when I finally spoke with Lawerence himself (after several requests and emails) he attempted to over-talk me. Furthermore he was unable to provide "defense"
