My experience with using rotor connection for the first time was excellent our technician Alex Halton was very professional and well experienced at his job and was a pleasure to talk to he was able to diagnose

Customer service agent yelled at me on the phone, hung up on me then refused to pick up my call.....
They did a horrible job with our kitchen sink. Someone GLUED stuff together to "fix" the problem and now they refuse to fix it!!

Every person I worked with was very professional and extremely kind. I had a clogged kitchen sink that turned into a bigger problem. As a customer I was their number one priority. They stayed two late nights working on my issue so that I could have my kitchen back. I highly recommend this company and I'm extremely grateful for my plumber, John who went above and beyond to help me. He talked me through everything that was happening and explained in great detail what needed to be done. He didn't make me feel pressured into purchasing any service. John provided me with some of the best customer service

Alex, was the best tech ever. Funny, made us laugh joked around. Doesn't like crawl spaces and we made fun of him cuz it reminds him of the scene in Conjuring. Haha. He found explained realistic expectations of the issues we had. Super friendly and super funny. He listened and explained what was going in. Highly recommend Alex to any job. Very professional as well.

They came to do a furnace tuneup and were on time and communicated very effectively what they were doing and how long it would take. Needing a Sewer-Rooter Service ASAP, we put a message on our Nextdoor neighborhood group. We received a few recommendations and contacted Rooter Connectionz who was recommended by one of our neighbors who is a realtor. I called Rooter Connectionz and John and Austin arrived and scoped our sewer line. Even though the price they quoted for relining our sewer pipes, was way more than we expected, they had a large enough crew to start the next day. It was better than having a Honey Bucket delivered and using it for the next three weeks which was the estimate time from another company. The relining

I would give them minus star if I could. On May 4 2020 Ben came to my 85 year old husband, and told him our neighbors sewer line was clogged. Many years before we and the neighbor bought our homes, there was not a sewer line on their road, so the line was run through our back yard. Connectionz said they had checked and no one knew if there was now a line on the road in front of their house. I saw an advertisement in the Home Mag that said Free Camera Inspection. I called the number in the magazine and asked if they could inspect a problem corroded secondary line, but the gal wasn't sure if they could do a camera in a secondary line and she said she would check and call back, she never did. So I called their main number the next day, talked with a lady again, not sure if it was the same one, but she acted uncertain and said they don't use cameras in a secondary line? I asked if they repair and inspect clogged drains/lines, they do, but just don't use a camera? I

Had our sewer drain scoped in Ogden with this company, John Jordan did the inspection. He finished the camera scope inspection and then told us "your sewer line is heavily rooted. I recommend putting a liner in", and walked out the door with no explanation. He then wrote up a report and quoted us $13,800 to replace the entire sewer line, 50 feet worth. I reviewed the camera inspection footage myself, and saw one single root inside the pipes. Since then, I've gotten 3 other plumbing companies to come out and tell us that there is no issue with the sewer pipes. DO NOT use this company

We were having problems with our plumbing in the kitchen and our tub.
Our landlord calls these guys up and a technicians named Ryan arrived. He not only fixed our problems and advised us of how this happened and preventions, he even played a little game of darts ( obvi we own a sweet dart board)
Ryan was a professional and just a genuinely sweet guy. I would recommend him specifically to fix any of your plumbing needs.
My only advice is don't play him in a game of darts or your might lose.

I have had Connectionz do major plumbing work in the past and decided they would be the best combination of reasonable pricing, quality and efficiency to replace my furnace and central air conditioner. The day after reviewing my options, Alex, Ben, Brandon and Daniel were here. Though they experienced the delivery of a broken part, they took the extra 90 minutes to get a replacement part and stayed until 8pm, 5 hours later than planned to complete the job.

My experience with this company shows why people don't trust plumbers! I had 1 clogged toilet and 1 that was running extremely slow. Hey pulled off both toilets ($65 ea) ran cables (more $), and cameras (more money). $285 total. I told them when they got here, and when I scheduled the appointment, that there was a toy(s) in 1 or both of the toilets. They said they didn't find the toys but I had a root problem that would cost $3800 to fix and that was the ONLY solution. They also left a big water spot on my carpet, which I just had cleaned a couple weeks ago. They showed me a picture
