Walked into the office on July 5th, now a holiday, to a broken AC. I called a few places and PROS Heating & Air was the only place that said they were able to come out and take a look. Within just a couple of hours Wesley showed up, diagnosed the problem, found the part that was needed, and gave us cool air. Would definitely recommend them. Did an excellent job!

I highly recommend PROS Plumbing, Heating and Air. Their customer service is exemplary. They were able to come the same day I called and on a busy Saturday. Because of the age of my AC I decided it would be wise to replace the unit. Wesley was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me make that decision and even brought me a portable AC to use until the installation of the new system!! I wouldn't hesitate to use PROS. Competitive pricing and excellent product and service.

I cannot thank Wesley enough from PROS Heating and Air for coming to our aid when our AC copped out on us Friday night. I called around everywhere Saturday morning and I got a hold of Heather who was the absolute sweetest! She was able to have Wesley come out in 2 hours!! Wesley got here and immediately knew what the problem was when he checked out our unit. He was able to replace a part and had our AC up and running in no time! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Wesley is a true professional; personable, reliable and trustworthy. His prices are competitive with any other company out there and I believe his work is far superior. We used this company to replace some duct work in our house and also to reinstall a thermostat that my husband improperly wired

Quick and reliable. We called and the receptionist was pleasant and friendly and very helpful. She told us that the owner was in the area and could come out that day, which he did after a short wait. Our drain pan was full in the attic and leaking into the kitchen through the roof. So grateful we didn't have to wait and he was able to assess the issue, fix it temporarily so that he could come back and fix it the next day. The owner seemed very honest and helpful. He stayed over the time quoted and didn't charge us. Thank you.
