The work done was acceptable, but the details surrounding were shady. Called and spoke to an "engineer" who came to my home to conduct an inspection. I'm five minutes away and he was here about 45 minutes. Was billed for two hours at $94 per hour and then billed a half hour at $189 per for the actual engineer to provide an opinion. My complaint is with the lack of upfront explanation. The original inspector sent the report to the wrong email but they were sure to send a bill to me- no mix up there. The owner explained that I was billed for travel time and for the time it took to send an email as
