I placed an order for a digital course reader for a UCSB course on 2/16/21. However, right after ordering I immediately noticed my Professor had posted the readings online and therefore my purchase was no longer necessary. I emailed them 6 minutes later explaining this and kindly requested a refund--especially given that I had not been given access to the digital reader as of yet.
An employee named Jay replies the following day requesting a screenshot of my Professor having uploaded the readings--as if he was implying that by providing the screenshot, I would then receive my refund.
