One of the most effective ways to get a healthy, green lawn is to aerate it thoroughly in the Fall. The point of aeration is to make sure the roots of the grass are getting enough nutrients, water and air, and to do it, we use professional equipment to plug rows and rows of small holes into the soil.
If your goal is to get grass that's as lush, green and healthy as possible, over-seeding in the late summer / early Fall is a must. This process is not as quick and simple as just spreading grass seed on your current lawn. Proper seed-to-soil contact is critical in getting proper germination. We use a machine called a verticutter, which puts shallow slits in the soil, which the seeds fall into.
Proper watering is the most important step in establishing your new lawn. Follow the instructions outlined below, and your new grass should begin to germinate in about two weeks (depending on soil temperatures). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. First of all, it's important to note that by far, the best time of the year to seed is late August through early October. 2 months ago I would have whole heartedly recommend Benjamin Lawn & Lanscape, they have been taking care of my yard for over 9 years and I've supported them through it all. recently, however, I had an invoicing dispute. i have been trying to make contact to discuss my dispute for over a month and ni one will talk to me. I've left numerous voice… messages and sent over 10 emails and have not had a single response. They have even gone so far as to lock me out of my online account so I can no longer view the invoice in question. all of my communications have been nothing but respectful

All we wanted to do was have a civil conversation as a returning customer who has referred the this company’s services. Couldn’t even get to the point of negotiation by this awful individual they call customer service. Maybe we are frustrated with the the price because we weren’t happy with the service you provided. Ever think of that? “Sounds like you’re really caught up on that $100”. Wow. Phenomenal.

The Benjamin Lawn team did a great job cleaning up our yard this fall. The two individuals who came out were very courteous and clean. They even picked up a sprinkler head cap that has been disconnected for some time and put it on top of the sprinkler. We could not be more pleased with how our landscaping project turned out! Thank you to Benjamin Lawn & Landscape. Carlos exceeded our expectations. He did a fantastic job of listening to exactly what I wanted and helping with design plans around annual beds and combining rock and mulch in those areas.
