Services
One of the oldest healing arts known to humankind. Massage provides various techniques to manipulate soft tissue and affect muscular structural changes.

Benefits of Massage: relieves stress and tension that can lead to disease and illness, stimulation of the lymph flow, tissue regeneration, lowering of blood pressure, improvement of blood circulation, the release of endorphins, relief of headaches, soothing of sore and tired muscles, improvement in flexibility and range of motion, radiance, mental clarity, a sense of wellbeing and the list goes on.
An integrative massage, using a combination of techniques; Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Myofascial work to provide a therapeutic experience. This bodywork addresses musculoskeletal body language, adjusting adaptively shortened and stretch weakened muscles. The Raindrop Technique, inspired by a Native American legend, has been used for years as a highly effective method for balancing and rejuvenating the mind and body.

For many people with active lifestyles, a more focused approach to bodywork is essential to provide effective results. As a Certified Orthopedic and Sports Massage Therapist, my work addresses musculoskeletal body language, adjusting adaptively shortened and stretch weakened muscles using massage techniques that are designed to restore function to our sense of proprioception.

I was the fortunate recipient of one of Jacqui's massages this month. I was at a women's running camp that week and midweek was the perfect time to have Jacqui's strong fingers work out the tightness in my back and shoulders and the fatigue in my legs. I am no expert on massages, but this was the best massage I recall receiving. She instinctively knew where I needed therapeutic work. Thank you so much, Jacqui!

Comfortable environment; massage quality is worth every penny! Deep massage leaves you feeling loosened up & a softer massage leaves you feeling very relaxed! Jacqui is English with a delightful sense of humor! A most worthwhile experience!

LOVED this massage! Perfect way to finish off my trip to Estes Park. The space was so beautiful and zen. Jacqueline had a calming and positive energy. I had asked for a deep tissue massage and her pressure was just right. It didn't feel like she was just going through the motions, rather she was very aware and focussed. There is a difference when a therapist is actually attuned to your body's needs . She did not engage in conversation once the massage began, which was a breath of fresh air. Jacqueline found tight muscles that I was unaware of. I was able to fully unwind and didn't want to leave

I received a certificate for a massage from my children while we were on our family vacation. It was a great experience. I have had massages previously and felt the atmosphere and services were absolutely great. Wishing I could go back right now (unfortunately, the vacation is over).
Treat yourself well while on vacation!

Loved it! The owner, Jacqui, worked me and three of my friends into a busy Saturday schedule. But we didn't find that out until later when chatting with a masseuse. There was never any indication, never any sense that we were anything but the complete focus of the wonderful service provided. The massages and facials were great! The price was very reasonable. Everyone agreed the experience was among the best they've had - so relaxing to the muscles and restful to the brain.
