Really bad experience, with this company, I had made 3 different orders and they always mess something up, spelling color print, etc. they don't take responsibility of there mistakes and they even charge you more to fix it, when you try to talk to a manager there is no one to be found. Really bad service

The first time we used this company they were a few snags with the production, but in their defense it was a very complicated custom order And they have more than redeemed themselves since then. After our first experience with them we proceeded to use several other vendors but found after close examination that the products we had done with Bay Area Custom Shirts by far had the best quality. Since then we have proceeded to use them regularly and I must say they are the best company that we have dealt with. Chris is the best!! From start to finish, he was responsive, super kind and friendly, easy to work with and trustworthy. I researched many companies to embroider our first ever company's jackets for our team, and this was hands down the best experience I could find. They made it happen in my timeline and Chris responded to me immediately via text, call and email no matter what day of the week or time of night. Claudia is absolutely the best. She knows her stuff! I came in last week to their shop because I just started a new company and I was looking to get shirts but to my surprise they do it all!!!! Business cards, brochures signs everything! Claudia went though everything with me and had some recommendations as logos , colors and material! They are my to go from now on!

I read all this great reviews about this company and think how am I the only one this has happened to. This review said they made his shirts for the next day, I placed my order a month ago and I'm still waiting. Not only they take long but they are pricey. Luckily I found a great place in San bruno I'll be going to from now on.

This used to be a 5 star review. but far too many instances of messed up orders followed by replies from customer service putting the blame on our end (while I have email proof of their mistakes) have led me to believe that I need to find a new vendor for the various branding supplies i order from them.

Claudia is very professional and knows what she's doing. I'm very happy with the service and all the time she put into my order, she gave me a lots of option on how I could promote my business just in the layout off the shirt.

I haven't even placed the order yet, but I'm so impressed with Joe that I'd like to post a review now. He's been so helpful selecting shirts for our order, picking out ink and thread colors, and suggesting certain special offers. He was super communicative while preparing our quote, asking important questions I hadn't even thought of. And since my company had to put the order on hold, he has been checking in here and there, mentioning new deals as they come up and just seeing if we're ready to place the order. I will definitely ask for Joe when placing future shirt

I had a very tight deadline for an order around the holidays and Bay Area Custom Shirts responded quickly, gave a very affordable quote and there embroidery was top-notch. Claudia was a pleasure to deal with and the team went above and beyond to make sure they met our deadline and that we were happy with the result.

Alma & her team were fantastic! I was working on a secret and special swag project for a small team at my company and Bay Area Custom Shirts worked with me and our logo and created a really special item for us. We love the result and their pricing was reasonable. They even finished a day earlier than promised. Very happy with them and will go back when something like this pops up again.
Only bummer was that they do not accept American Express. Not the biggest deal, but something to be aware of.

We were greeted by Claudia she was so nice and professional as well as the other girl who was there (didn't get her name sorry) . I provided the logo to Claudia and she had me pick out the shirt I wanted, they had a big selection for grown ups and kids.
Claudia explained the different types of shirts & printing style . Once I picked a shirt she measured how long i wanted the logo. And the logo for my kids. (This definitely helped. I knew I was at the right place). :) I had rush order
