The Lotus Room is a full-service organic hair salon located in beautiful downtown Stuart, Florida. We have many levels of price points to meet everyone's needs. We are an open-chair salon, and we are happy to introduce you to a fellow teammate if their hourly rate is better suited for you. Becca opened The Lotus Room in 2013 as a means to create the working environment she desired. She takes great pride in curating products and philosophies that add value to not only her life, but the life of her staff and our guests. Her focus behind the chair is hair that meets your lifestyle, practical blonding, color corrections, and precision cuts, with a recent focus on natural textures.
As a human, I have always been drawn to a cleaner way of life. As a stylist, I grew increasingly aware of the chemicals I was surrounding myself with on a daily basis, touching, inhaling them. When I made the decision to leave a large salon with a larger brand with natural ingredients, I knew that I wanted to take this a step further.

I had the best most relaxing and lovely experience getting my hair cut and colored by Alisha. She took the time to understand the cut I envisioned and the color. Then she proceeded to work her artistry and create her version of the style. The cutting technique she uses feels so relaxing, i sat there and felt like I was getting a scalp massage the entire time. The haircut came out EXACTLY as I had envisioned, it’s like Alisha was inside my head and created it exactly as I dreamed it. Then we proceeded to get the coloring done. It was such a different process than the regular foils on the hair

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Worst haircut I have ever had. Not to mention it cost $92. First time at the salon and the stylist cut my hair in a couple minutes and it’s sooo uneven. I was told the cut would cost $40 but she blew it dry and apparently they charge by hour so was double the cost. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Do not recommend.

This place is amazing. All the ladies are wonderful but I always go to Christine. She’s been a rock star with my hair. I haven’t been in a while and I’m so excited for my upcoming appointment! She always does my long layers the right way and we’ve done some playful ombré and balayage. I can’t speak enough to her abilities!

I am so happy that I found this wonderful hair salon. I especially like that they give you their undivided attention while you are there..they are not juggling two clients at once. Their product line is very nice as well and my hair has never felt better. An added bonus is that the bottles that the products come in can have the label removed and be repurposed as a soap or lotion dispenser. I highly recommend this salon...

The Lotus Room aka my ‘hair home’ is a chic and super clean organic salon occupied by the most talented stylists/genuinely kind humans in the area. From the moment you enter the salon, the entire staff is welcoming and attentive. The owner, Becca, has been doing my hair for years and is an incredible artist. Most of the time (like 99% of the time), I don’t even have a plan for my visit, I just trust her to do what needs to be done - cut, color, gloss - and it always turns out perfectly. I receive compliments on my hair constantly and have referred several family members and friends to her

Carolyn has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and I drove two hours from Miami just to sit in her chair. The way I feel after she does my hair is happiness. Her technique for cutting layers is incredibly unique and gives my hair so much movement. Her skills with color are remarkable giving depth and dimension. Add the high quality products the salon uses to her high quality abilities and this is the perfect combination.

Becca and her team are poised, professional, and full of joy! I had the pleasure of spending the morning of my wedding at The Lotus Room while my bridesmaids got their hair done, and despite unsettling circumstances outside of their control, these ladies provided a sanctuary full of peace, elegance, and support!
