Hello, and welcome to Bruce's! That's right, we're on a first name basis with drivers in East Aurora, as Bruce's Automotive Inc. has been serving the community since 1956. Yes, we've been around for a long time, but that doesn't mean we're stuck in the past. I had a 2015 Volvo XC60 that failed on the road in May of 2021 (all service lights went on, wheel locked, brake system failure, etc). I brought my car to the Volvo dealership because we were advised that the dealership, being specialized in European cars, would be able to figure out the issue. After THREE months of being at the dealership, they had not run any diagnostic tests and still didn't know what was causing the issue. Took our cars to other places before and they can't fix them right. Go to Bruce's and its done right and fair. Can't recommend them enough. They literally could have saved our lives with a faulty airbag repair that the dealership said was fixed.
