I give these guys credit where it's due but at the same time they need more mechanics with deeper roots in Hondas, so if your car has to sit for a long period of time,you know something isn't right so take it from me get you car to the right available car doctor for the intensive care it needs,waiting around in the emergency room doesn't get it done..They did a good job on my rotors and they gave me no hassle on returning my large deposit,I was very impressed by that tip.So if there's anything bad to say about them, let them tell you the bad news...

A year ago I had rated B & C five stars. Not sure what happened with but the staff seems to be constantly changing. I use to really enjoy the customer service prompting me to continue supporting this local business. I had to call them 5 times/left a voicemail with no returned call in a weeks period. I finally reached someone on my 7th call and they assured me they'd call me back with a price/what they found out for a brake/rotor change and flush. You guessed I had to call back the following day to find out the price because they never called back. I made an appointment to drop my truck off for

B&C Auto has done thousands of dollars worth of maintenance on my 2007 Ford Edge. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and handywork. I avoid going to other places in town (certain dealerships) and I'm gad B&C is here with quality people/fair prices. To give a brief run down, they've done my water pump, timing chain, oil/transmission service and even got me a good deal on tires! Thanks for all you do and keep it up!

Ok , I made 3 appointments, they kept getting me to reschedule. It was extremely frustrating.
I imagine this is due to the lack of employees.
I was lied to on many occasions. Finally dropped my car off for the third time at 8:30 in the morning
I arrived at 5:15 pm and I was told they were almost done. When I called earlier to check up I was told it was in the garage being serviced. I drove by 3 times that day. My car was never moved. It was still parked in the grass.
I waited in the family waiting area and watched as they scrambled to get my car in. Finally I was told they will need to keep

Went to get an oil on the 26th of March. I was told they were booked. This was OK. I understood. I made an appointment for the next Friday, on April 2. I showed up to get told that they would not be able to get me in. So I came back on April 9th and they said they could get it done by noon and gave me about 10 dollars off. I try to call about the status around noon. No answer on the phone. So I went to the shop to find that my vehicle was not done. So they hurried to do it. As I am waiting, another person that dropped off their vehicle the same time as I did, had their vehicle done already....

The customer service is amazing. Mr. Larry is such a sweet, caring, genuine, and informative person when it comes to helping. He called with updates about my vehicle and even offered to help with towing my vehicle to the shop. I am beyond grateful for this business because they had my car fixed in no time and their price to fix my car compared to other businesses is amazing! Highly recommended!!! Larry has been my point of contact throughout this process, and he is just amazing! I took my 2013 Mercedes C250 to be evaluated by another garage, and was not happy with the price nor the service. Not only did Larry beat the price for repair, he also arranged the transfer of my vehicle to start the repair. He has gone the extra mile to make sure the repair stays in my budget and I’m greatly appreciative! Thanks for taking great care of us Larry!
